We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to be fair to both our valued clients and our dedicated team. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you review and follow our appointment policies. Cancellation Policy Your time is important to us — and so is our team's. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a £20 cancellation fee per service, or the full service amount if the total is less than £20. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. Late Arrival Policy Running late? Please give us a call as soon as possible. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a £20 late cancellation fee (or the full price for shorter services) may apply. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but please note your treatment time may be shortened based on availability. Patch Tests (For Beauty Treatments) For your safety, a patch test is required at least 24 hours before any eyebrow or eyelash tinting, lifting, or lamination services. Patch tests must be done in-store and are valid for 6 months, unless your medical condition has changed. If no patch test is completed in time, the service will be canceled and standard cancellation fees will apply. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
